BinkiBear’s Birth:

A year in development in order to reach perfection!

BinkiBear was born out of necessity by Jackie Raimondi, an Air Force wife, while overseas in Seoul, Korea. Her son had a bear he loved and adored but he also used a pacifier. Having attempted many times to attach the pacifier to the bear for easy transport, including sliding on the bear’s arm, she worked through buttons and Velcro (which could become choking hazards) and came up with the method behind the fantastic BinkiBear product line. This way whether your child is sleeping or doing something else the pacifier and animal are always together. If they drop the animal in their sleep while using the pacifier the bear doesn’t go anywhere. If they drop the animal while not using the pacifier and want the soothing comfort of the pacifier then the bear makes it easy to find. This increases the length and quality of nap time and bedtime.

While in Korea, people would often stop Jackie and her son to ask where they had bought the BinkiBear. Of course, at that time it was a home-made product. Explaining that across the language gap wasn’t easy! People would often inquire if the bear was purchased at E-Mart, which is a well known department store across Korea. It is like people saying that this product should be available in Wal-Mart®! After that enthusiasm, Jackie finally decided to step forward out of her comfort zone, and become an inventor. Now BinkiBear is taking the ride from “Jackie-mart” to everywhere!

Keep looking back on www.binkibear.com for new products coming soon. BinkiBear has an entire line of items designed to bring comfort and ease to both baby and parent, to include a whole new bottle system, stroller system, and accessory line.

We are excited about bringing the simple innovation of BinkiBear to other areas of baby care.
